In a previous newsletter I already mentioned that we started a YouTube channel.
Well, a few weeks after the welcome video, here’s the first video about burnout: What is Burnout?
In this video I'm talking about what burnout is, truths and misconceptions about it, why it's such a challenging condition, the reasons why we burnout and if we can ever fully recover from it.
As I said in my announcement email, Conquering Burnout is a channel Burnout Awareness, Prevention and Recovery.
I’m gonna be posting videos about burnout and its related themes, such as stress, nutrition, lifestyle, and mental health.
I’ll be offering Information, Tools and Inspiration through my knowledge, first hand experience, science, and holistic approach to health and well-being.
My ultimate goal with this channel is to:
Illuminate the topic of burnout,
Help you to prevent burnout,
and Recover from it, if you've been suffering from it.
