Thank you for sharing the different factors impacting your burnout. Taking a break but only from the things dragging you down is important.

Great point about not giving up workouts. Physical activity and sunlight make us happy and boost our immune system!

You've also given me a lot to think about with the different factors you brought up. I was happier when I was getting 6 hours of sleep a night, then spending all my days outside, snowboarding and mountain biking, than I am now, well rested and on a healthy diet.
