You've also given me a lot to think about with the different factors you brought up. I was happier when I was getting 6 hours of sleep a night, then spending all my days outside, snowboarding and mountain biking, than I am now, well rested and on a healthy diet.
Yes, I think you have to figure things out for yourself: physical activity is super beneficial, but you can also overdue it and put too much stress on your body.
In my opinion it's all about finding the balance, which is different for everyone of us.
