Very interesting. I have been dealing with chronic fatigue these last few months which has occurred after years of pushing myself and helped out by long-covid. I'm much stronger than I was and I can see that a big part of what's going on now is emotional as well as physical. It's an ongoing journey isn't it?!
Great article. Isn't it paradoxical that the healthy thing is to release accumulated tension and trapped emotions, but this has also negative consequences? Especially if we do it too fast, I would argue.
Striking the balance between healthy and dangerous release is an ongoing challenge. Always remembering to be kind towards ourselves.
If we do these emotional releases to quickly and too much at once, the consequences will be very hard to handle. We should do them gradually and be very kind to ourselves and support our body and mind during those times.

Thank you for sharing your struggles Cali!
Yes, it definately is an ongoing journey, but it gets easier as we learn new insights and become wiser.
Take care!

Well put Livio, I agree with 100%!

Yeah. And find people to help us with that. And the right mindset.
