Great read, and totally agree with trying to avoid things that drain you, and double down on things that give you energy. Interested to know what foods disagree with you because for me, the starting point for burnout is when I’m stressed and start eating crap. Slippery slope once that happens.
Yes, the idea of circulating energy is so interesting: the more you do something that you enjoy and feel purpose doing, the more energy you receive back for doing it!
For me personaly I've noticed that one of the biggest things that makes me feel burned out, is food that doesn't agree with me and consequently digestion problems that that food causes. Food and food intollerances can be such a big stressors and can play such a big role in burnout. I'm definately writing about this topic in the future, so stay tuned!
