Love the part on vibrations. So, then the question become: how do we cultivate acceptance? And love? And joy?

Yes, exactly! I think it's individualized and different for each person. For, it's with self-love practice, mindset and spiritual practices (meditation, journaling, nature,...) and doing things that I enjoy and feel passion and purpose.
