There’s a whole lot in here that resonates with me and food for thought about a lot of the same that I’ve experienced over the years.

I agree, scary like hell when the “moments” come, more so out of the blue.

Having a few strategies to get grounded again are key, but to be able to recognize the signs, that’s valuable.
